This month Joset released some adorable Christmas Character Dies
that are perfect for just about any craft for the holidays!
This is my first time creating a 'card in a box' and I will say that I see many more in my future - especially with those cute dies!
I started by used kraft cardstock as my base then used the 6x6 'It's Christmas Time' paper pack for the accent papers!
I dies cut the Santa using red and pink and black cardstock and used the 5 x 12 double sided adhesive with the Cool Diamond silk microfine glitter for the white parts. I also used black gems for his eyes and buttons.
I die cut the candy canes from the Hot Chocolate die and also used the double sided adhesive and glitter!
I added some Snowflakes (also using double sided adhesive and glitter) and the Merry Christmas from the Words 5 - Winter Wishes with double sided adhesive and True Red silk microfine glitter
This adorable polar bear was die cut from the soft finish 85lb white cardstock and I used gems for his eyes!
The charming little penguins were cut from scraps of paper I had and gems for eyes - they are so cute!
On each panel I created icicles by using the overspill from the hot chocolate die, glitter and double sided adhesive!
The back I covered in cardstock and left a place for us to sign and used the snowflakes and candy canes from the hot chocolate die
I took a photo in the sunlight just to show off the glitter!
What is really cool about these cards is they fold down and fit in a regular card envelope - so cool!
