Another Beach layout using Kaisercraft from Scraps Of Darkness!

Good morning!
I am back to share another layout I created using the Scraps of Darkness 'Blue Skies and Sunshine' kit!

I used the Kaisercraft Indigo skies for this layout.  I started by distressing the edges of my paper and then layering them

I painted the Blue Fern Chipboard circle with the Prima Alchemy paint then add the Ice Resin in spots.  Then I added the die cut title!

I created the flower cluster with flowers from the floral add on, and previous kit flowers and my stash.  I also added some gems from a previous kit and some shells from my stash.

I am also entering this in the Kaisercraft monthly challenge!
I used the letters F - flowers, B - Blue, brown, G - Gems, S - Shells

Multi photo Beach layout using Kaisercraft from the 'Blue Skies and Sunshine' kit!

Good morning!
When I received the awesome  'Blue Skies & Sunshine' kit I knew that it would be perfect for a beach layout!

I love the motion of the kaisercraft background paper and the blues are fabulous!

I used some Kaisercraft die cuts for accents and the title!

Our boys were so little there....I decided to change the photos to black and white to add more visual interest and contrast!  I also used one of the Kaisercraft stickers on the side

In the kit is this awesome circle chipboard that I embossed with Lindy's stamp gang embossing powder from a previous kit and then added the blue shards of glitter glass from this kit.  I tucked in some die cuts, flowers from the floral add on and previous kits and a seashell from my stash.

I am entering this is the really cool May challenge at Kaisercraft
Choose 3 boxes and create any papercraft project you like featuring things starting with the first letter of your chosen boxes.
So I chose M - multi photo, B - beach layout, blue F - flowers,
D - die cuts, C - chipboard I know you had to choose only 3 but I overdid it lol!

using even not so great photos!

Good morning!
A few years ago we went to Niagara Falls and my hubby took this photo of our boys and I.  Unfortunately Ty had his eyes closed.  I still scrapbooked the photo because it was an important memory and I wanted to document it.

I used the awesome Scraps of Darkness 'Blue Skies and Sunshine' kit which fit perfectly for this layout .

I did some layering of the Bo Bunny Petal Lane papers and added doilies!

I love the patterns on the papers and the flowers are super cute!

Thats all for now!  I hope I have inspired you to use those not so great photos so you can still document the memory!

Distressed masculine layout 'Boys Will Be Boys'

Good morning!
The Scraps Of Darkness kits are packed full of stuff...so much that you can create many projects.  I always get the coordinating paper and paper add on each month so I have a lot more to create with!

I really loved the Chesterville collection and created my 5th layout using the amazing 'Boys Will Be Boys' kit

I did a lot of layering with the wonderful papers

This awesome photo was taken by my niece Jill at Breautography...he boys didn't even realize their photo was being taken. It ended up being one of my favorite photos....

I inked the Blue Fern Chipboard title with Stayz on ink from a previous kit then added two different embossing powders for a distressed and grungy look.

I created this cluster with flowers from the floral add on, and previous kits.  I also added some gears that I embossed that were from my stash.
