Maja Designs
Hey everyone.....this month each CT member was able to pick their own product to work with and I chose Maja Designs and boy was I happy when I received my package! Their papers are so much more beautiful in person....
For both my layouts I used the Crea Diem Line. To shoe the versatility I created both a masculine and a feminine layout
I also recieved the Kasier craft wood and the Fabscraps title which I painted with the Tim Holtz crackle paint from a preivous kit. The Kaisercraft blooms I sprayed with some blue and green mists to alter them just a little. I also used a Prima bird from a precious kit
here are some of the details
Now my second layout I used the same beautiful papers....they are so gorgeous! Lots of layers and flowers & ribbon from previous kits. I also chose the Fabscraps title which I embossed with black embossing powder
some of the details
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will think of maja designs next time you are looking for some beautiful papers!

Christmas Decor with Graphic 45
I was lucky enough to receive Graphic 45's Nutcracker Sweet as this months product spotlight! LOVE this line...the colors are vibrant, and the designs are awesome....I wanted to do something a little different this month and decided to create some home decor items!
the wreath
o create the wreath I used 7 sheets of double sided paper and a 10" foam wreath shape, and pearl glimmer mist!
The tree
The tree took 3 sheets of paper, a 12" foam form, texture paint and a few ornaments for small trees. I sprayed the foam form with green glimmer mist
the ornaments
To make the ornaments you would need, 3 sheets of double sided paper, clear bulbs, and glitter!
I have put these items up for bid for the Flying Unicorn Gives back, and you can bid here with all proceeds going to the Anne Carlsen Center. Please take a moment to read about all the fabulous work that is done there!

hi everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful day! This months kit was ful of gorgeous papers and a too fun OTP! Lets start with my OTP
I stared at my OTP for a day....I LOVED it but to tell the truth I was a little worried...the ladies on this incredible team ALWAYS rock the OTP! I wanted to stick with teh Christmas theme so I created this
I had some Christmas picks which I glued on, added the word 'JOY' and used gold and red glimmer mist on the Kaiser wood stars (you can find them at the Unicorn store) and voila I have a a Christmas display for my wall!
here is some of the details
I also had fun creating with the Authentique peaceful line that had papers in this months kit! Awesome line
The first one I created I layered a few of teh papers, distressed the edges, used the brink stencil -available at the store - and some texture paint from my stash and made some splatters for Tammy's challenge this month! Before now I had not tried this technique but man I love the results! I added the prima bird, the corner bling and the canvas flags all from the kit!
some of the details
Also in this kit were some papers I was coveting....the Tereasa Collins Vintage Findings....wow gorgeous stuff! The papers are fabulous and so are the embellishments.... I LOVE the gold accents!
I inked all the edges of the papers, folded over the corner on one of the papers (I used a ot of hot glue to keep it from letting go) and added the corner bling. I also used the Vintage finds Border Strips to create a couple of rosettes and I altered the Vintage Finds Paper Flowers into my own flower!
