Sebastian....

What an emotional weekend....it was tremendous, beautiful and tiring!

Many years ago Jon (my hubby) was married before and they had a son....Sebastian. Things didn't work out and they divorced. His ex wife and Sebastian moved to Belize. Jon hasn't seen his son in 14 years. We have looked and tried to find him but we were not able. Friday night I recieved a phone from Kristina (Sebastians' mom) that they are back in Canada for a litle while and Sebastian would love to meet his father. Thank you Kristina.....

Saturday was a whirlwind of activity and around lunch time Sebastian arrived at our home. He and his mother sat at our table and we talked. There was no anger, no malice just gratitude and it was fabulous! The boys were really excited to meet their big brother. They always knew about Sebastian and hoped someday to meet him. Well that day came. Jack & Diane came over on Saturday to see their grandson, they didn't want to let him go! His Aunt Brigette also came. There were many tears of joy.

Sunday he came back and spent the day with us and meeting his aunts and uncles that have missed him over the years. It was a little overwhelming for everyone.

Sebastian is a beautiful, polite, sweet young man. He is respectful, and shy. He loves to tinker and work on cars (sound familiar) He has the biggest smile and is really really tall (6'2")

First challenges at Dreamer, will you be my Valentine crop our up!

Rachel's challenge

Remember when you were a child and you'd pass notes in class? Ah, the secrets they contained were so very important. You'd also find or create little tokens of love to pass along to the object of your affection; pebbles, feathers, leaves, drawings... Dreamer, I challenge you to recreate some of that magical time in a scrapbook page. For this challenge you must create a "secret window" that will contain either your journaling for the page or a very special surprise of your own creation. Post the page in the gallery so we can lavish it with love and share it here for a chance to be in the drawing for the crop prizes. You have until March 5 to make a page filled with love!

Zoe's Challenge

It's our 6th anniversary! So lets celebrate with 6 patterned papers!!!

hint: if you have double sided papers you can use both sides

Have fun!!!

So come on over and check out the fun! You never know you may win the $60 Gift certificate for the Dreamer Store or maybe one of the other fabulous RAKS!

A Crop At Love is in the details
