This Years stunning tree & a reveal

Every year my hubby decorates the tree....it takes him HOURS!!!! About 6 to be exact. He gets each branch looking perfect before he even starts with the ribbon.....etc. He has a whole pattern he follows. He takes great pride in the tree....and each year it turns out beautifully!

take a look for yourself

and here are some of my favorite decorations....

The boys also get a tree to decorate that they then put in their room for Santa to leave a present under (also mom and dad can shower & brush their teeth before the Christmas morning mayhem starts

Aren't they cute?

I also got my dt project done for Dreamer....

each year this cool little book will hold his report cards (I'm also making one for Tyler)

Have a great day!

The countdown has began!

I love Christmas...it is the season of Hope and Joy. With the world in the turmoil it is in right now, a little hope and joy could go a very long way. It is a season of new beginnings, of renewing and new dreams. It is a season of family and friends! A season of laughter and contentment. A season of wishes and excitement. But most of all it is a season of overwhelming belief that Jesus is our Saviour and was born so we could be reborn.

I love Christmas.....not the commercial....your kid has to have this....or you need to buy this to make your Holidays better....the Christmas feeling is what I love. I don't really know how to describe it but I am happier at this season than any other day of the year. Of course I worry and stress (natural) but when it comes down to it....I am blessed. I have a roof over my head, power, telephone, my computer, and some more material things BUT most of all I have one heck of a family. I love them so much and I am truly blessed to be their mom and blessed to be married to my hubby. We get together with family....brothers sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins and have a large celebration with food, laughter, gifts and joy of being together at this Holy time of year. I am blessed that we all look forward to this.....the celebration of family. My son Cody said to me the other day "yup, presents are nice but Christmas is about family" Made me feel really good that my 8 year old have figured that out!

Have a great day!

oh and just so you know how long till Christmas day...
